INSURANCE & PAYMENT
The services offered at Wellspring Counseling may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or Employee Assistance Program. As a courtesy to clients, we may submit all claims on your behalf whether or not Nina Rifkind, LCSW is an in-network provider with your insurance company. We work with all insurance plans to ensure that the billing process goes as smoothly as possible.
If you plan to use insurance for your sessions you will need the following information prior to scheduling an appointment, regarding coverage for BOTH IN and OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDERS of outpatient behavioral health services:
- The amount of any copay or coinsurance for which you are responsible
- The amount of any deductible, and whether any portion of the deductible has been met for the current year
- The appropriate address for claims to be sent
If you utilize out-of-network benefits, you will be asked to pay session fees at the time of service and claims will be submitted on your behalf. If a provider is Out of Network with your insurance, the insurance will typically reimburse 75-100% of the fee.
Please keep in mind that insurance company representatives may not always have the most up to date information regarding a provider’s status with their network, or your specific plan. To confirm this information, please reach out to us directly.
